We are excited to announce that on Monday, May 23rd, beginning at 3:00am Eastern, you will be upgraded to the new SMARTdiagnostics 4 platform. Our new software application includes a new, intuitive user interface making the management of your asset health easier than ever. You'll also have access to continuous feature enhancements, machine health analytics, and workflows that help increase your facility's efficiency.

Once you have been upgraded, you will still have access to the previous version of SMARTdiagnostics as you learn the new software and make the transition to the new application. Upon logging in, you can always click on the SMARTdiagnostics logo in the upper right corner and use the SMARTdiagnostics Classic button to get to the older version.

Any notification subscriptions for Asset and Hardware Alerts will need to be set up within the new SMARTdiagnostics. Your previous subscriptions will remain in the older software version so during the transition, you do not need to be concerned about missing any important notifications. Once your subscriptions are set up in the new SMARTdiagnostics software, you should remove your previous subscriptions from the older application in order to prevent duplicate messages from being sent to your Inbox. We will continue supporting notification subscriptions until our next software update slated for June 24, 2022. If you need any assistance setting up your new subscriptions or using the new software, please reach out to your Sentry Team or our Technical Product Center and we’ll be happy to help you. Additionally, you can access a learning plan for the new SMARTdiagnostics software here on KCF Academy: https://academy.kcftech.com/learn/lp/46/level-12-smartdiagnostics-in-depth or contact our Customer Learning Team at learn@kcftech.com.

During the deployment process, users may briefly see errors or reduced performance. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, Base Stations will continue to buffer sensor data and re-transmit it when they are back online.

We appreciate your patience, and look forward to bringing you the latest and greatest enterprise IIoT platform!
