On Tuesday, November 29th beginning at 4:00am Eastern, KCF engineers will be deploying the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics, which includes new features, fixes, and other improvements. During the deployment process, users may briefly see errors or reduced performance. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, base stations will continue to buffer sensor data and re-transmit it when online.
This release will mark the last major release of 2022 outside of hotfixes to address intermediate needs. Beginning in January 2023, we will begin removing core functions from the previous SMARTdiagnostics 3 application as we begin sunsetting that product in favor of our latest SMARTdiagnostics 4 platform and migrating all users to the new user interface. Additional information will be available over the coming weeks.
