KCF SMARTdiagnostics Unplanned Service Degradation

Resolved - KCF Engineering has confirmed that the updates made have resolved the issue. It is still possible that users may experience intermittent issues access sd.kcftech.com over the next day or as things normalize. We will continue to monitor things but are confident that the root cause of the issue has been resolved.

Monitoring - KCF Engineering has identified the root cause for the issue and addressed it. During the outage, no data was lost but there is a backlog of data to be processed. We will continue to monitor the situation and this issue will remain open until we are fully confident that performance has returned to normal for all users, especially heading into the weekend. Scheduled - The SMARTdiagnostics Release today was successful but because of the upgrades to the backend, there is a backlog of sensor data that is still being processed. We expect this queue to be fully processed within the next hour. No data has been lost and all data should be available in SMARTdiagnostics no later than 9:00a Eastern.

Scheduled - On Thursday, April 25th beginning at 3:00am Eastern, KCF engineers will be deploying the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics, which includes fixes, and other backend improvements.

During the deployment process, users may briefly see errors or reduced performance. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, base stations will continue to buffer sensor data and re-transmit it when online. We appreciate your patience, and look forward to bringing you the latest and greatest enterprise IIoT platform!
