On Thursday, March 28th beginning at 4:00am Eastern, KCF engineers will be deploying the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics, which includes new features, fixes, and other improvements.
This release includes the ability for users to subscribe to Machine Health Issues for the Desk module. This enables you to receive your choice of Email or Push notifications when Issues are published as opposed to relying on someone to @mention others for awareness. Details on setting up your subscriptions will be available in the Release Notes published on our day of release.
Based on user feedback, we will continue to support the creation of SMS notifications for Indicator Alerts.
During the deployment process, users may briefly see errors or reduced performance. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, base stations will continue to buffer sensor data and re-transmit it when online. We appreciate your patience, and look forward to bringing you the latest and greatest enterprise IIoT platform!
