On Tuesday, September 27th beginning at 4:00am Eastern, KCF engineers will be deploying the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics, which includes new features, fixes, and other improvements. During the deployment process, users may briefly see errors or reduced performance. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, base stations will continue to buffer sensor data and re-transmit it when online. Because of some of the updates, we are expanding our maintenance window to 4 hours instead of our standard 3 hour window. All updates and data should be online and available by 8:00am Eastern.
A KCF Academy video will be available on the SD4 Overview page highlighting the new functionality available in this release.
