On Thursday, July 27th beginning at 4:00am Eastern, KCF engineers will be deploying the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics, which includes new features, fixes, and other improvements. Links to Release Notes and KCF Academy training outlining the changes will be available within SMARTdiagnostics for all users.
During the deployment process, users may briefly see errors or reduced performance. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, base stations will continue to buffer sensor data and re-transmit it when online.
