We are extending our maintenance window until 8:00am Eastern Time. As part of today's release, we are currently addressing an issue dealing specifically with HUB settings. While data is still ingesting through all HUBs as expected, users are currently unable to view or manage your HUB settings unless you go to the specific node to do so. Our engineers are actively addressing the issue and we will provide an update once the problem as has resolved.

On Thursday, October 26th beginning at 4:00am Eastern, KCF engineers will be deploying the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics, which includes fixes, and other improvements. Links to Release Notes outlining the changes will be available within SMARTdiagnostics for all users.
During the deployment process, users may briefly see errors or reduced performance. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, base stations will continue to buffer sensor data and re-transmit it when online.
