On Thursday, January 25th, beginning at 4:00am Eastern, KCF engineers will be deploying the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics, which includes new features, fixes, and other improvements. Release Notes and links to training in KCF Academy will be available in the software on the day of the release detailing the new functionality. We will also be hosting a webinar on Friday, January 26th at 12:30pm Eastern to review the features in the release. Please note that with this release, the legacy redirect URL for SD4 (v4.sd.kcftech.com) will be removed. Please ensure all your saved bookmarks are updated to use the correct URL (sd.kcftech.com).
During the deployment process, users may briefly see errors or reduced performance. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, base stations will continue to buffer sensor data and re-transmit it when online.
