On May 25th, 2023 beginning at 4:00am Eastern, KCF engineers will be deploying the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics, which includes new features, fixes, and other improvements. During the deployment process, users may briefly see errors or reduced performance. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, base stations will continue to buffer sensor data and re-transmit it when online.
This release will include a full feature release for our Desk functionality, encompassing a total asset health solution for identifying issues with assets, associating plots and images with the issue, communicating with team members within the SMARTdiagnostics software, through resolution and savings tracking. It will also provide us the ability to release our mobile app solutions in the very near future so look for further announcements regarding the iOS and Android releases soon!
